JIÀN ZI

The name "shuttlecock" is most commonly used to refer to the badminton ball, but it is also used to refer to this feather-covered toy. The shuttlecock is a weighted hacky-sack that is kicked from one foot to the other. The goal is to keep it from coming into contact with the earth. It is popular among older adults as a method to keep their limbs active, in addition to being played in the playground. Shuttlecock has developed into its own formal sport. It's a net sport that's comparable to volleyball if volleyball were predominantly played with feet.
